SCOR, a leading global reinsurer, is looking for a Senior Business & Planning Analyst to join its P&C planning and forecasting activities. You will handle data production and performance analytics under IFRS17 and Solvency II frameworks, linking underwriting plans to financial inputs.

You will transform business inputs into CSM, contribute to the Operating Plan and quarterly reforecasts, and work across teams to refine KPI frameworks and planning tools. This is a full-time role in Paris, France.

Qualifications

• Finance or (Re)Insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Transform underwriting plan into a financial input (CSM).
• Calculate discounts for underwriting & operating plans.
• Determine profitability status of new contracts.
• Collaborate with expense team on P&C management expenses.
• Produce underwriting input for operating plan calculations.
• Support planning of Operating Plan, Strategic Plan and quarterly reforecasts.
• Develop new tools for more automatic, precise processes.
• Participate in transversal KPI framework enhancements.
