Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Paris seeks a Director of Distribution Support to maximize topline revenue by managing connectivity and distribution initiatives across Accor brands. You will train hotel teams, ensure data quality for availability, rates and content, and lead change management with central and hotel teams.

The role requires a strong technical background, multi-hotel RM experience, and fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of distribution and RM experience in multiple hotels and brands. Luxury Hotel experience required.
• Experience in Project Planning/Execution.
• Strong technical background, experience with system upgrades and transitions.
• Fluent in English; Additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Subject matter expert on Accor distribution related applications.
• Liaises with central connectivity and partner teams to strategize distribution to all touchpoints.
• Engages with system owners to advocate for business requirements and guide change management.
• Manages channel content and data quality for Availability, Rates and Inventory.
• Champions hotel engagement with the Hotel Knowledge Database.
• Executes campaign loading submissions and data quality controls.
• Provides analysis of support and loading ticket resolution times to drive improvements.
• Participates in pilot programs for distribution systems and prepares documentation for rollout.
