Job summary

Alan is expanding its Growth Marketing team in France as a Senior Growth Marketer. You will own major Growth outcomes, challenge initial problem framing, and build scalable systems interfacing with multiple markets and stakeholders.

The role requires strong business judgment, experience in scaling growth, and excellent English communication to collaborate across global teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering broad or strategic Growth outcomes.
• Ability to trade off multiple business priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Capability to challenge problem framing and identify constraints.

• Experience building scalable systems, standards, or ways of working.
