Alan is hiring a Senior Ops & Product Builder to own critical, high-impact challenges and shape strategy across our services. You will drive cross-functional alignment and build scalable solutions that influence Alan's P&L and member experience.

You’ll join 80+ Ops teammates globally, leading initiatives such as fraud detection, global billing recovery, and scaling psychotherapy—delivering tangible improvements for members and the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management or entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, French, or Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis experience (SQL).
• Ability to own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year).
