Job summary
Allianz Consulting France seeks a Senior Consultant to join the Operational Excellence practice in Paris, supporting clients across insurance operations, AI-enabled productivity, and change initiatives. You will lead process optimization, claims excellence, and people change, mentor juniors, and contribute to pitches while delivering on client commitments.
Fluency in French and English, 4+ years in operational insurance consulting, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential; remote work up
Qualifications
- Operational insurance business and consultancy experience for more than 4 years.
- Experience in operations programs with productivity management and process re-engineering.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project and program management methods and continuous improvement.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Fluency in French and English; mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI frameworks and adoption for business transformation.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Complete assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including deadlines and deliverables.
- Support existing clients and coach junior project team members.
- Contribute to pitches under guidance of an Engagement Manager.
- Discuss future client needs with the Engagement Manager for potential projects.
- Contribute to and lead internal projects.
