Qualifications

- 4+ years of proven experience in finance transformation and the insurance industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
- Analyze and optimize financial processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on financial transformation initiatives leveraging industry insights.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
