Allianz Consulting France seeks a motivated Consultant to join its Compliance & Resilience practice in Paris, supporting a range of regulatory and resilience projects for Allianz Group.

Role requires 2+ years in consulting or insurance compliance/resilience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and French. You will work in a multicultural environment with up to 3 days remote work per week and opportunities to grow through training programs.

Competenze

• More than 2 years of experience in consulting and/or operational experience in compliance, risk, or resilience within an insurance company.
• Initial experience in the delivery of compliance, regulatory, or resilience projects within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach in day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of AI frameworks and consult clients on AI adoption and emerging technologies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of engagements under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Support existing clients while contributing to the management of key accounts.
• Share ideas with the project lead regarding potential client needs that may lead to new project opportunities.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting's internal initiatives.
