Job summary
Allianz Consulting France is seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice in Paris, supporting a broad range of projects with varying scope and complexity. You will analyze processes, design solutions, and deliver client-ready outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in French and English is required; 2+ years in finance transformation and insurance consulting; a Master’s degree; and strong communication, analytical, and AI-savvy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years in finance transformation and the insurance industry, gained in consulting or related roles.
- Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of AI frameworks is valued.
Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions for clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial transformation initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
