Allianz Consulting France seeks a detail-oriented consultant to join its Compliance & Resilience team in Paris to support a broad range of projects across governance, remediation and regulatory implementation.

Fluent in English and French with 2+ years in insurance compliance or resilience, you will work within a multicultural environment and contribute to client engagements, workshops, and internal initiatives, with up to 3 days remote.

Formación

• 2+ years in consulting or operational experience in compliance, risk, or resilience within insurance.
• Initial delivery experience in compliance, regulatory, or resilience projects in insurance.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive day-to-day approach.
• Team player, multicultural environment; comfortable with AI and emerging tech.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support engagements under guidance of a Manager or Principal Consultant, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Share ideas with project lead for potential client needs and new opportunities.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
