Job summary

Allianz Consulting France is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Operational Excellence practice in Paris. You will lead and deliver projects focused on optimizing insurance operations, driving efficiency and productivity with AI-enabled tools, and ensuring value for clients.

The role requires 4+ years in insurance operations, strong analytics, and fluency in French and English, with opportunities for hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration across Allianz brands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Operational insurance experience is required (4+ years).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and process improvement is preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects under the guidance of an Engagement Manager with deadlines and deliverables.
• Support existing clients and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to pitches and identify future client opportunities.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Drive execution of process optimization and change initiatives.
