OpenTable in Paris, France is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist (Senior OBS) to own end-to-end onboarding for complex restaurant partners, from contract through configuration, training, and go-live. This on-site role may require travel up to 50% and fluency in French and English.

You will mentor colleagues, lead high‑touch implementations, coordinate with restaurant teams and vendors, deliver on-site and remote training, and continuously improve onboarding quality and speed while upholding

Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of experience in software implementation or related client‑facing role.
• At least 1 year of direct on‑boarding or technical implementation experience.
• Experience implementing SaaS or restaurant tech and related software.
• Experience training customers, including groups, in person or remotely.
• Fluent French and English with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Own complex implementations from handoff to go‑live with configuration and training.
• Advise restaurant partners using a consultative, high‑touch approach.
• Configure OpenTable products to reflect restaurant needs and flows.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams, POS providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver engaging training in French and English on site and remotely.
• Mentor Onboarding Specialists and support team knowledge sharing.
