OpenTable is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist in Paris to own complex implementations from handoff through go-live, configuring products to fit each restaurant’s needs and delivering tailored training in French and English. You’ll mentor peers, lead key projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience implementing SaaS and restaurant tech.
• Direct onboarding implementation experience.
• Ability to mentor and coach teammates.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Own complex implementations from handoff to go-live.
• Translate restaurant needs into configurations and training.
• Deliver training to staff in French and English.
• Mentor Onboarding Specialists.
• Lead test projects and drive improvements.
• Represent OpenTable during client-site visits.
• Maintain accurate project records and SLAs.
