OpenTable in Paris, France, seeks a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead high-profile restaurant partner onboarding from contract through go-live. You’ll configure products, train staff, and ensure smooth integration while travelling up to 50% as needed.

You’ll mentor teammates, handle escalations, and drive improvements to onboarding quality and speed, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years in software implementation, customer success, or related roles.
• At least 1 year in onboarding, professional services, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS, restaurant tech, POS, or booking systems.

Responsabilités

• Own complex implementations from handoff to go-live, including config, integrations, data readiness, and staff training.
• Act as trusted advisor to restaurant partners, understand operations, and recommend setups for adoption.
• Configure OpenTable products to reflect each restaurant’s floor plan and operating model.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams, POS providers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver training to restaurant owners, managers, and staff in French and English, on-site or remotely.
