Jobtailor in Charleville-Mézières, Grand Est, is seeking a proactive New Partner Experience Team Lead to oversee a small team of agents responsible for onboarding restaurants and nurturing key accounts.

You will coach, monitor performance, and collaborate with other Team Leads to drive improvements, hitting targets and refining onboarding processes to ensure partners succeed with our platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native in English and in French.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience in account management or customer service desirable.
• Ability to work to targets and have a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of a team of New Partner Experience Agents.
• Coach the team to develop skills, oversee behaviour and attendance, and provide reporting on results.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and report on performance.
• Implement action plans to drive improvement and hit agreed goals.
