Westinghouse is seeking a Principal Procurement Project Manager in Orsay, France, to oversee all procurement activities for APX Supply Chain. You will lead pre-PO and post-PO tasks, ensuring on-budget delivery and quality requirements, and report to the Senior Manager, APX Supply Chain EMEA Projects.

You will coordinate RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. The role requires travel 10–20% and a hybrid work model in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex engineering procurement and construction projects.
• Analytic mindset with ownership.
• Experience building long-term supplier relationships (SRM).
• Team player across regions and products to serve customers.
• Experience in international sourcing, nuclear sector knowledge.
• Strategic orientation with translating strategy to operations.
• Experience with complex projects.
• Travel willingness 10–20%.

Responsabilités

• Support development of procurement strategies and plans with Offer and Project Teams.
• Coordinate RFx processes and sourcing strategies for suppliers and services.
• Lead contract preparation and purchasing process.
• Solicit quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery.
• Develop relationships with main suppliers and resolve contract performance issues.
• Monitor supplier capacity, performance and market constraints for future plans.
• Use Best-Cost Country Sourcing with emphasis on Central/Eastern Europe.
