Westinghouse Electric Company in Orsay, France, is seeking a Principal Supplier Performance Engineer to lead supplier oversight including plan development, surveillance, and performance metrics. Hybrid role based in Orsay with travel to France/Europe up to 30%.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and Supplier Quality Oversight to drive supplier development, ensure compliance with ASME standards, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes and Q&A (ASME).
• Experience leading multiple, concurrent projects.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans and monitor vendor compliance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Design Engineering, and Supplier Quality Oversight.
• Identify and elevate supplier issues, risks, and quality events.
• Lead supplier development and qualification activities for new products.
• Ensure engineering drawings and specs meet ASME standards.
