Westinghouse Electric Company in Orsay, Île-de-France, is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement programs from pre-pilot to execution. You will partner with commodity teams, develop sourcing plans, and ensure regulatory and internal procedures compliance.

Responsibilities include negotiating complex contracts, driving supplier rationalization, and managing risks and changes across global programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management.
• 8+ years in procurement.
• Ability to build long-term supplier relationships (SRM).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Residence in France or Belgium.
• Experience with SAP/Ariba in a global environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement strategies with Offer and Project Teams.
• Establish pricing, delivery, terms and conditions for requirements.
• Lead RFx processes and define sourcing strategies.
• Prepare NDAs and negotiate contracts.
• Solicit quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Evaluate costs and maximize supplier value.
• Manage supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Apply Best-Cost Country Sourcing in EMEA.
