Westinghouse Electric Company in Orsay is seeking a Product RS Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and contractual commitments are met. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage priorities, and maintain clear communication with partners in a hybrid environment.

The role reports to the Operations Senior Manager and emphasizes continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management. We will value nuclear experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams and multiple concurrent activities.
• Knowledge of Finance, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering departments.
• Fluent in English.
• We will value additional languages.

Responsabilités

• Develop project plans and establish schedule and cost baselines.
• Coordinate diverse teams across engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain and project controls.
• Ensure activities meet customer requirements, commitments and schedules.
• Monitor performance and address scope, schedule, cost, quality or risk issues.
• Manage changes through established change management processes.
• Provide accurate project data and recommendations to management.
