Westinghouse Electric Company in Orsay, France seeks a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement programs, build implementation plans, and ensure readiness for pre-pilot, pilot, and execution phases.

You will partner with Commodity teams, drive supplier rationalization, and manage cost, quality and delivery while aligning regional strategies across EMEA. This hybrid role offers exposure to strategic sourcing in the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience with SRM and long-term supplier relationships.
• Experience in international sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement strategies and plans with Offer and Project Teams; identify demand and suppliers.
• Establish pricing, delivery terms and conditions for requirements.
• Lead RFx process and sourcing strategy development.
• Prepare NDAs and manage contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost improvements across projects.
• Collaborate with regional and commodity teams to align strategies in EMEA.
