Jobtailor in France seeks a mid to senior network engineer to diagnose incidents, manage L2/L3 support, and maintain complex LAN/WAN/WLAN and security infrastructures.

You will automate tasks with Ansible, participate in technical architecture documents, liaise with internal and external teams, and provide on-call coverage outside business hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Networks, Telecommunications or Computer Science.
4 to 10 years' experience administering complex network and security infrastructures.
Strong hands-on experience with Extreme Networks (LAN), Aruba and Cisco (WLAN).
Proven expertise with Fortinet and Palo Alto.
Solid experience with BGP, PBR and SD-WAN.
Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass, Central and AirWave.
Familiarity with automation using Ansible.
Experience with IPAM/CMDB management.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between internal teams, application teams and external partners/operators.
Analytical mindset, rigor and ability to quickly diagnose complex incidents.

Responsabilités

Provide L2/L3 support, diagnose and resolve incidents to keep networks operational.

Write and maintain incident procedures
Administer and monitor LAN/WAN/WLAN and security infrastructures, including firewalls, load balancers and proxies
Manage equipment lifecycle and IPAM
Contribute to automating operational tasks using Ansible
Handle business change requests
Provide technical expertise for infrastructure projects
Manage network interconnections and replacement of end-of-life equipment
Write and update operational procedures, runbooks, DEX and network diagrams (L1 to L3)
Participate in the preparation of the DAT (Technical Architecture Document)
Act as an interface between internal teams, application teams and external partners/operators

Requirements
