AVEVA in Paris is seeking a Senior MES Software Engineer (Technical Lead Engineer or Solution Architect) to join the MES Delivery team in Europe. You will design, develop, and implement MES solutions using AVEVA products and integrate with external systems such as SAP, PLCs, and SCADA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in C#, .NET, Web API development, strong SQL Server skills, and front-end skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES systems, preferably AVEVA/Wonderware or similar.
• 5+ years of hands-on C#, .NET, and Web API development.
• Proficient SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.

Responsabilités

• Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and code reviews
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system performance
• Design, develop, and maintain MES solutions built with AVEVA products
• Integrate with external systems (e.g., SAP, PLCs, SCADA)
• Write acceptance criteria and verify customer requirements
• Conduct unit and system testing per the plan
• Site commissioning of MES solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing environments
• Maintain detailed technical documentation
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites
