ACC is hiring an MES AVEVA Tech Lead to drive development, ownership, and continuous improvement of AVEVA System Platform-based MES solutions for battery production. You will be a technical reference within the MES team, delivering scalable, reliable MES applications aligned with business goals.

The role blends hands-on .NET development with AVEVA expertise, internal capability growth, and collaboration with engineering, quality, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, or Industrial Digitalization.
• Experience in MES development teams and delivering complex MES solutions.
• Strong technical problem-solving and software engineering skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and improve AVEVA MES solutions and integrations for battery manufacturing.
• Contribute to development best practices, coding standards, and release management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, IT, and automation teams.
