The marketing role leads end-to-end execution of the group plan, aligning with the Head of Global Marketing, driving AI-enabled workflows and coordinating subsidiaries in a multilingual, international scope.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you own the end-to-end execution of the group marketing plan: digital acquisition, content, marketing automation and events across the group and in support of subsidiaries. Because you work closest to the field, the data and the local teams, your analyses and proposals directly feed the strategy built with the Head of Global Marketing — and you continuously propose new tools, methods and ideas:

• Manage HubSpot across 4–6 subsidiaries: Odoo synchronization, data quality, workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, team training — with monthly KPI reporting.
• Organize and coordinate group-level events: trade shows, seminars, webinars, afterworks, and partner actions.
• Manage the group content calendar and communication plans across countries; grow and engage our online communities.
• Produce bilingual content (French and English — both mandatory): articles, case studies, emails, landing pages, sales enablement and event materials — compelling for humans, optimised for AI indexing and generative search (GEO/LLM-ready).
• Support subsidiaries as their primary marketing contact and lead operational execution: digital campaigns and events.

Your Profile

Seasoned, hands-on marketer: combine senior-level experience with a genuine taste for craft — creating, building campaigns, and shipping deliverables

• 10+ years of B2B marketing in software or tech. Proven track record across digital, content, Marketing automation, and events.
• You write with structure, precision and intent. You know that great content works for both human readers and AI language models — and you produce it naturally.
• You are genuinely curious about AI — not as a buzzword, but as a daily toolkit. You have already integrated it into your workflows.
• You bring proposals, not just reports. You come to strategic conversations with ideas and experiments already running.
• Strong oral communication: you can represent the group externally, facilitate workshops, and align international teams.
