Services
The Project & Integration Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the contractual scope, costs, deadlines, quality requirements, project margin and customer satisfaction. The role starts during the customer response phase, ensuring that the commitments made are realistic, controlled and consistent with the resources required for successful delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Building and securing project commitments
- Participate in opportunity qualification and the analysis of tenders, requests for proposals and specifications.
- Make decisions and arbitrate the responses to be provided for each project, ensuring that commitments are realistic, controlled and consistent with the resources required for delivery.
- Contribute to the preparation of customer proposals, particularly regarding project methodology, organization and governance.
- Define project governance, phases, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare or validate project schedules, workload plans and cost estimates for project management and coordination activities.
- Identify assumptions, exclusions, dependencies and risks associated with each proposal.
- Participate in commitment reviews before the proposal is submitted and before the project is launched.
Project management
- Define and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, project committees and steering committees.
- Supervise studies, development, integration, testing, acceptance, deployment and commissioning phases.
- Identify deviations and implement the necessary corrective action plans.
- Provide regular reporting to the customer, the Services Department and management.
Financial and contractual management
- Monitor committed costs, remaining work, estimated cost at completion and project margin.
- Ensure compliance with the scope sold and prevent project scope creep.
- Identify out-of-scope requests and assess their impact on costs and deadlines.
- Prepare amendments, additional orders and change requests in coordination with the sales teams.
- Monitor billing milestones, outstanding reservations and project acceptance conditions.
Risk management and customer relationship
- Identify, assess and monitor technical, financial, contractual and organizational risks.
- Anticipate potential difficulties and organize the necessary escalation processes.
- Act as the customer’s primary operational contact.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while protecting the company’s interests and commitments.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project estimation and management methods.
Required skills
Technical and methodological skills
- Proven experience managing complex fixed-price projects.
- Strong skills in planning, budget management, margin monitoring and risk management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as V-Model, Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.
- Ability to develop project methodologies and estimate project management activities.
- Experience managing testing, acceptance, deployment and commissioning phases.
- Proficiency in planning, reporting and financial project management tools.
- Strong transversal leadership and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor and ability to anticipate challenges.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on economic performance.
- Analytical mindset and strong decision-making skills.

- Compliance with project costs, deadlines, milestones and quality requirements.

Desired experience and qualifications
- Master’s degree, engineering degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in an industrial, IT or technical services environment.
- Significant experience managing fixed-price projects with responsibility for costs, deadlines and margins.
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of industrial environments, automation, SCADA and/or EV charging infrastructure is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Number of positions: 1
- Location: On-site in Boulogne-Billancourt, France during the probationary period.
- Hybrid working: After successful completion of the probationary period, up to 2 days of remote work per week.

- Languages: French and English, operational level required at a minimum.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Annual gross salary package: €40,000 to €60,000, paid over 12 months.
