ARC Informatique, operating its PcVue platform, seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to drive project and integration initiatives from response through delivery. You will ensure compliance with scope, costs, deadlines and quality while maintaining customer satisfaction and project margins.

The role covers governance, schedules, risk management and collaboration with internal teams, partners and customers in a dynamic industrial IT environment. Hybrid work is possible after probation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in industrial, IT or technical services.
• Significant experience managing fixed-price projects with responsibility for costs, deadlines and margins.

Responsabilités

• Define and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, project committees and steering committees.
• Supervise studies, development, integration, testing, acceptance, deployment and commissioning phases.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide regular reporting to the customer, Services Department and management.
