- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Paris to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, you will play a key role in structuring our performance analysis, automating our processes, and guiding strategic business decisions
- As the owner of marketing data, you will bridge the gap between our different teams (Brand & Comms, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps) to turn data into actionable insights
- Funnel Conversion Analysis: You map and monitor the full marketing-to-revenue funnel (first touch → MQL → SQL → opportunity → closed-won), quantifying stage-to-stage conversion rates and surfacing where and why prospects drop off
- Lead Lifecycle & Velocity Tracking: You measure time-in-stage and overall funnel velocity, flagging where leads stall and tightening the MQL-to-SQL handoff so pipeline progresses faster
- Channel & Content Conversion Insights: You connect conversion performance back to specific channels, campaigns, and content assets to show which ones drive not just volume but genuine downstream conversion, informing where to double down
- Segment & Cohort Conversion Analysis: You break down conversion by persona, region, company size, and deal value to reveal where the funnel converts best and sharpen targeting and prioritization
- Funnel Forecasting & Friction Diagnostics: You translate conversion rates into forward-looking pipeline and lead-target forecasts, and combine website behavior (e.g., form abandonment, session paths) with CRM data to pinpoint the friction causing conversion loss
- Tracking: You design and manage GTM tracking infrastructure (UTM taxonomy, conversion events, pixel/tag implementation via GTM and analytics platforms) to enable end-to-end visibility into campaign and funnel performance
- Marketing Attribution: You lead the design and rollout of an in-house attribution model that gives marketing leadership a single, trusted view of channel effectiveness to guide budget allocation and go-to-market investment decisions
- Your training goal for your first 6 months:
- Historical Reporting: You structured and automated initial reports based on historical data to provide real visibility for the Brand & Comms teams
- Single Source Dashboard: You implemented the first version of a centralized dashboard consolidating all core data sources
- Tooling Benchmark: You audited our current tech stack and proposed a roadmap for adopting relevant data visualization or analytics tools
- Cross-Team Alignment: You established yourself as the primary data point-of-contact for the Brand, SalesOps, and RevOps teams
