Job summary

EGYM Wellpass is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst in Paris to own marketing data, automate processes, and guide strategic decisions at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data.

You will bridge Brand & Comms, Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps to turn data into actionable insights; drive funnel analysis, velocity, and attribution while enhancing GTM tracking and CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar analytical role (Marketing Analyst/Growth Ops/Sales/RevOps).
• Fluent business English; German and/or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead funnel conversion analysis from first touch to closed-won; quantify stage-to-stage drop-off.
• Track lead lifecycle and velocity; optimize MQL-to-SQL handoff.
• Create insights tying channel/content to downstream conversions; guide budget decisions.
