Job summary

Accor is seeking a Senior Manager for ALL Accor Member Experiences (ENA). You will shape strategy, deploy the experience platform, and curate exclusive, high-impact member experiences using sponsorship assets across ENA. Collaboration with global teams and hotels drives adoption and engagement.

You will oversee events, CRM communications, and influencer amplification to strengthen loyalty value and engagement with 100M+ members.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in experiential marketing, loyalty, events, or sponsorship.
• Master's degree in Marketing/Communications/Events/Business.
• International exposure is a plus.
• Languages: French and English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the ALL Accor Member Experiences strategy for ENA.
• Maximise sponsorship assets to design exclusive Limitless Experiences.
• Deploy engagement mechanics to maximise participation and burn.
• Lead deployment of the ALL Accor experience platform.
• Collaborate with global Loyalty, Sponsoring and Brand teams.
