Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior MAC Project Manager in Paris for its Integrated Facility Management team. You will provide regional operational leadership for MAC programs, manage moves and restacks, and ensure data accuracy and timely project delivery.

You’ll collaborate with EMEA leaders, vendors, IT, HR and facilities teams, balance budgets, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using CAFM/IWMS and modern PM tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced project management skills with multi-project oversight.
• Experience delivering corporate office moves and building restacks end-to-end.
• Proven vendor management and budget oversight capabilities.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI reporting.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication & presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee MAC project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure employee location data accuracy on Space & Occupancy platforms and coordinate floor plan updates.
• Manage move vendor relationships, quotes, invoices, and spend tracking to stay within budgets.
• Plan and execute moves with MAC PM support, including restacks and complex relocations.
• Develop and execute tailored communication strategies for each project and document lessons learned.
