Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior MAC Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) within the Occupancy Planning and MAC program. You will manage data, audits, and floor plans while coordinating with regional stakeholders across EMEA in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, vendor coordination, and performance reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering corporate office moves and building restacks end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset with dashboards and metrics-based reporting.
• Vendor management: scoping, quotes, delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MAC project prioritization, resources, and performance for MAC specialists.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget across regions.
• Maintain accurate employee location data and floor plan updates.
• Coordinate moves with vendors and ensure flawless Day 1 experiences.
• Manage budgets, quotes, and spend tracking; close project records on time.
