Job summary

Devoteam, a European AI-driven tech consulting group, seeks an M&A Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end deals with cross-border teams. You will present to executive leadership and Investment Committee, leveraging AI tools to improve processes and insights.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking or transaction services in an international environment.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Hands-on AI user; familiar with generative AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Autonomous, rigorous and flexible.
• General interest in the industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full M&A process from identification to execution.
• Prepare financial models, target valuations and scenario analyses.
• Manage the full transaction cycle including LOI, due diligence, negotiations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across countries.
