Job summary

Devoteam is seeking a corporate M&A professional to drive end-to-end deal processes across Europe, reporting to Group leadership. You will source opportunities, perform analyses, and build business cases with the sponsor.

This role involves cross-border collaboration in an entrepreneurial, PE-backed environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate M&A or investment banking, strong modelling skills, and fluency in English and French, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; ability to translate analysis into a clear story on a slide.
• Hands-on AI user; daily use of generative AI tools and curiosity about their impact on the industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full M&A process on targeted opportunities from identification to execution.
• Manage the transaction cycle including meetings, LOI, due diligence, negotiations and closing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across countries, bankers, advisors and counterparties.
