Devoteam is a premium consultancy driving digital transformation across Cloud, Data, Cyber and AI. We seek a Senior Group Strategy Analyst to deploy the 4-year plan and interface with Country Managers and Business Unit Directors across 25+ countries.

You will work autonomously on governance, market intelligence, data modeling and cross-functional initiatives to support senior leadership decisions and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or M&A.
• Fluency in English and French (third language a plus).
• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI tools into daily workflows.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

• Market intelligence: Conduct research and benchmarking to identify expansion areas and new services.
• Data Modeling & Analytics: Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers and partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other groups across regions.
• Strategic Workshops: Lead workshops to drive reflection on new strategic initiatives.

Job Description

Working closely with the Group’s general management and in direct collaboration with all of the Group’s entities, the CEO office team participates in the development of the Group strategy and its execution driving key internal initiatives and steering the core Group governance instances (e.g. Steering Committee, Executive Committee).

As a Senior Group Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in deploying Devoteam’s 4-year Strategic Plan. On a daily basis, you will interface directly with Country Managers and Business Unit Directors across 25+ countries.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic Governance: Support General Management in planning and coordinating internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year Strategic Plan
• Market intelligence: Conduct market research and benchmarking exercises to identify high-potential expansion areas and structure new service offerings
• Data Modeling & Analytics: Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers, new ventures and strategic partnerships
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise with Group teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) across all regions to align on local and Group existing and new business development initiatives
• Strategic Workshops: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to stimulate general management reflection on new strategic initiatives

The role requires a high level of autonomy, analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex business topics into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or M&A
• Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience in leading strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Quantitative and modelling skills, data analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office or G Suite
• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI tools into daily workflows
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory. A third language is a plus
