Jobtailor is seeking a logistics and transport coordinator to organize, optimize and monitor all deliveries, liaising with manufacturers in Poland, carriers, depots, sales teams, installers and customers to ensure reliable, on-time deliveries aligned with project constraints.

You will plan truckloads, coordinate release dates with production, and optimize loading, while verifying documents and keeping customers informed of progress. English skills are desired; Polish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or coordination of professional deliveries.
• Experience in transporting large, heavy, fragile or technical goods preferred.
• Mastery of organizing national and international transport.
• Knowledge of carrier and freight forwarder operations.
• Ability to negotiate rates and transport conditions.
• Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Responsive to unexpected events.
• Ability to make fast decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Good command of IT tools, tracking sheets and management software.
• Professional working knowledge of English is desired.
• Knowledge of Polish would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Organize goods pickups from manufacturers, primarily in Poland, and plan full truckloads and partial shipments to France.
• Coordinate release dates with production sites and optimize truck fill rates.
• Verify transport documents and loading information, and anticipate delays or issues.
• Schedule deliveries from central stock, partner depots or factories and manage multi-address distribution.
• Inform customers about progress and ensure delivery dates and time slots are met.
• Coordinate carriers with installation teams, technicians and on-site personnel.
• Arrange unloading means (forklifts, tail lifts, cranes, pallet trucks) as needed.
