Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Logistics and International Trade professional in Nanterre to coordinate transport, logistics and customs for EPC projects. You will manage interfaces between internal teams, suppliers and freight forwarders and ensure accurate documentation.

You will enter data in SMAT, Smart Materials, SAP or equivalents, issue logistics instructions, prepare import/export documents and monitor invoices, shipments and provider performance. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and industrial transport coordination.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, export/import procedures and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems (SMAT, Smart Materials, SAP, etc.).
• Rigour, strong organizational skills, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate transport, logistics and customs activities for EPC projects.
• Manage interfaces between internal teams, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Check and validate shipping documentation: Packing Lists (PPL), export certificates, transport drawings, etc.
• Enter and maintain data in management tools (SMAT, Smart Materials, SAP or equivalents).
• Issue logistics instructions: Release Notes, Release to Forwarder.
• Prepare import/export and customs clearance documentation.
• Manage RFQs for transport and monitor TSO contracts.
• Monitor performance of logistics providers and freight forwarders.
• Participate in review and validation of logistics invoices.
• Provide regular reporting on shipment status, claims, damages and invoicing.
