Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Logistics Project Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-site implementations of logistics solutions. You will ensure quality, timelines and profitability of operations, and coordinate the launch phases of new sites and activities.

You will develop technical logistics solutions, define processes, monitor costs, and manage risks while interfacing with stakeholders across international environments. Fluency in English is essential and a strong negotiator will excel.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Logistics.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial logistics or similar role.
Knowledge of finance; able to read a P&L and prepare a business plan.
Proficient in launching logistics services.
Strong negotiation skills.
Fluent English to operate in an international environment.
Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional (complex and multi-site) projects independently related to the implementation of logistics solutions.
Ensure quality, timelines and profitability of operations.
Manage the preparation of specifications, technical and administrative responses.
Develop logistical technical solutions.
Identify technical, administrative and financial requirements.
Coordinate the launch phases of new sites and/or logistics activities.
Define operational processes and logistics flows.
Manage risks and establish corrective action plans.
Optimize logistics processes taking into account IT system capabilities.
Coordinate internal and external teams.
Monitor cost control, schedules and performance indicators.
Support transformation projects.
Serve as the interface with stakeholders.
