Serge Ferrari Group is seeking a Group Legal Counsel & Legal Business Partner to support management and operations across multiple entities in an international environment. This role combines direct legal advice, corporate governance, and coordination of external law firms.

You will anticipate risks, provide practical recommendations, and help steer projects from inception. The ideal candidate has strong corporate/contract law, M&A experience, and cross-border transaction expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Law, DJCE or equivalent legal education.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a business law firm or in-house within an international Group.
• Experience in an international and multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law.
• Experience in M&A, restructurings, establishment/closure of entities or other complex corporate transactions.
• Significant experience working with external legal advisors.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, hands-on attitude with transversal collaboration.
• Ability to translate legal analysis into practical business solutions.

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to management and operational teams.
• Identify and assess legal risks and provide clear recommendations.
• Get involved upstream of projects and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate legal matters across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, industrial and corporate agreements.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and establishment or closure of entities.
• Contribute to compliance, data protection and regulatory matters.
• Identify, brief, coordinate and monitor external law firms and advisors.
