Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Counsel to support a partner company across European real estate and infrastructure transactions. You will oversee complex deal structures, advise on commercial and corporate matters, and execute cross-border deals while collaborating with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in commercial real estate law, is EU-qualified, and holds valid EU work authorization with excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state
• Residence and valid EU work authorization
• Strong experience handling complex cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex deal structures and provide legal guidance on commercial and corporate matters.
• Execute cross-border transactions across European markets.
• Support expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions for European clients.
