Pennylane is seeking an IT Project Associate Team Lead to spearhead the IT Project team and drive operational excellence in Paris. In this role, you will oversee key platforms and engage in cross‑functional IT projects, ensuring high standards of security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT project management within fast‑growing SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Lead, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
• Experience managing operational IT projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and secure key platforms like Google Workspace and Okta.
• Manage Identity & Access Management processes through SSO.
• Drive workflow optimization and automation projects.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security Compliance to align processes.
