STATERA in Marseille is seeking an IT Support Engineer confirmé (Intune / Android) on a CDI contract. You will join a multinational IT Operations team supporting critical services.

The role combines workplace support, systems administration and MDM, with on-site presence and one day of remote work per week. Fluent English is mandatory and you'll troubleshoot issues, implement security controls and drive automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
• Experience providing Level 2/3 support.
• Experience in international environments is highly appreciated.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for IT systems and business applications.
• Ensure the operational availability of workplace environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate critical incident resolution and perform RCA.
• Manage Android devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Samsung Knox enrollment and device compliance.
• Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) operations.
• Deploy and maintain Windows, Linux and virtualized environments.
• Support servers, workstations and network equipment.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Ensure workstation compliance with security policies.
• Contribute to vulnerability management and remediation.
• Support backup, recovery and monitoring initiatives.
• Manage operational backlogs and priorities.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Improve monitoring, industrialization and automation processes.
• Contribute to service reliability and operational excellence.
