BE Consultancy Group seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve IT service operations in Strasbourg, France. You will drive infrastructure, platforms and service delivery across Linux, Windows, virtualization, databases and cloud environments.

In this senior role, you will align with ITIL v4, security and compliance requirements, manage incidents and changes, and partner with vendors. Fluency in English is required and relocation or onsite/hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of professional IT experience in infrastructure and service operations.
5+ years in IT Operations Management or senior leadership roles.
Strong ITIL-based service management and enterprise delivery knowledge.
Experience with complex multi-platform environments and incident handling.
Fluent English written and spoken; ability to work internationally.

Responsabilités

Lead IT infrastructure and service operations across Linux/Windows, middleware and cloud/hybrid environments.
Ensure ITIL v4 compliance and alignment with security standards and NIST CSF.
Oversee Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management with ITSM tools.
Drive lifecycle management: patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening.
Monitor SLA/KPI reporting to stakeholders and governance bodies.
Advance monitoring with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk and observability improvements.
Manage workforce planning, on-call organization and performance tracking.
Represent IT Operations in project planning and service transition activities.
Lead SIPs and continuous improvement using Lean, Agile and DevOps.
