European Dynamics in Strasbourg seeks an experienced Project Manager fluent in English to lead software projects on site. You will work with the client's IT team, define scope and deliverables, and ensure governance and security processes are followed.

The role requires a deep IT project management background, strong Agile experience, and excellent English communication. The position offers an on-site arrangement with potential client-site deployment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline; 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of consultative project management in IT software development and quality areas.
• Minimum 3 years with Agile methodology and collaboration tools; knowledge of PM standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage design, development and implementation of software systems per user requirements.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables; maintain project and quality plans.
• Allocate IT staff across roles; lead and develop the project team.
• Ensure security policies and ITSM processes align with client requirements.
