Alan is expanding its IT engineering team in France to own and scale the internal technology platform across identity, provisioning, endpoint security, and automation for offices worldwide. You will help drive platform ownership and deliver automation, while collaborating with Security, Clinic, People and Audit teams.

We seek 4-5+ years in IT engineering with ownership of production-facing systems, strong Python and APIs skills, and comfort with regulated health environments.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in IT engineering with ownership of production-facing systems.
• Strong Python, APIs, and code in a shared repo.
• Comfort with regulated health environments (ACPR, ISO 27001).
• Fluent English and professional French.

Responsabilités

• Own and extend automations on Alan Home and provisioning engine.
• Maintain and strengthen IT security controls and compliance.
• Lead cross-market onboarding and internationalisation initiatives.
• Document standards and mentor teammates.
