Alan is scaling internationally and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform including identity, provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling with headcount.

The scope spans Platform & Automation, Identity & Access, Endpoint & SaaS security, Health Professionals IT and Internationalisation, with milestones from learning platforms to end-to-end ownership. Fluent English and French are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in IT engineering with production ownership.
• Deep expertise in at least one area (platform/automation, identity or security) with demonstrated range beyond it.
• You write code: Python, APIs.
• Structured problem-solving and rollback planning.
• Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001.
• Automation and AI mindset to accelerate delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own and extend automations on Alan Home provisioning engine.
• Maintain and improve onboarding/offboarding pipelines and SaaS provisioning flows.
• Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product.
• Handle identity and access management across Google Workspace and SSO.
• Grow role-based access and end-to-end lifecycle events.
• SaaS procurement and license management across the stack.
• Security: Mac fleet management with Kandji; Cloudflare WARP.
• Drive international expansion with repeatable IT processes.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to hiring.
