Job summary

Tritonville Search in Paris is seeking a senior Institutional FX Sales professional to lead the development and expansion of the firm's foreign exchange franchise across continental Europe, with a focus on France, Benelux, Germany and the Nordics.

The role offers autonomous leadership, direct access to senior management, and a chance to shape the European FX strategy by originating new client relationships and delivering tailored hedging and execution solutions.

Qualifications

• Established institutional FX sales experience within an investment bank or Global Markets environment.
• Strong institutional client relationships across France, Benelux, Germany and/or the Nordics.
• Demonstrable track record of originating new business and generating trading revenues.
• Strong knowledge of G10 FX products, particularly swaps, forwards and institutional hedging.
• Good understanding of electronic FX (eFX) distribution and execution.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven approach with the ability to develop a franchise independently.
• Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to work effectively with trading desks and wider Global Markets teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the institutional FX franchise across continental Europe, with emphasis on France, Benelux, Germany and the Nordic markets.
• Identify, originate and develop new institutional client relationships.
• Leverage existing relationships across Fixed Income and Global Markets to generate incremental FX revenues.
• Develop a sustainable portfolio of institutional clients and expand existing relationships.
• Increase the bank's share of institutional FX hedging and execution flows.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy for expanding presence across Europe.
• Collaborate with senior management on product and geographic expansion.
