Ayvens is seeking an Information Risk Manager to independently oversee and strengthen the Group's information risk profile across the organization. You will advise senior management, challenge risk decisions, and embed risk management into daily activities across an international environment.

You will report to the Team Lead NFR Information Risk and lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure robust risk controls, governance, and ongoing risk awareness across countries and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Risk Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Risk Management, preferably within a regulated environment (banking/financial services).
• Strong knowledge of information risk governance, risk assessments, control frameworks and risk appetite concepts.
• Proven ability to advise and challenge senior stakeholders on complex information risk topics.
• Experience working in an international, complex organizational context.
• Strong analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities, threats and controls.
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM or willingness to obtain within 1–2 years.
• Fluent in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent oversight of Ayvens information risk management processes and ensure policies and procedures are properly designed and followed.
• Advise senior management on information risk matters and implement effective risk controls balancing business objectives with risk management.
• Challenge risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensure timely intervention for emerging risks and align risk appetite with company strategy.
• Lead the development of an Ayvens-wide information risk community, foster cross-functional collaboration and promote awareness through training.
