Ayvens is hiring an HR Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Projects Manager to lead HR regulatory, compliance and risk initiatives across the group. You will coordinate multi-country stakeholders and ensure alignment with Group policies and controls.

The role focuses on CSRD/ESRS reporting, DMA, Duty of Care, KYE, policy governance and internal controls, with opportunities for impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, Risk Management or related field.
• 5+ years in HR governance, compliance, risk, or ESG reporting.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR regulatory and ESG projects (CSRD reporting, DMA, Duty of Care).
• Coordinate HR, ESG and risk stakeholders across units.
• Support audits and implement action plans and NFAs.
• Own risk governance: policies, reviews and training.
• Drive HR risk management and internal controls improvements.
