Ayvens is seeking an HR Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Projects Manager to lead HR regulatory projects, ensure compliance, and strengthen governance across the group. You will coordinate with HR, ESG, Risk and regional teams, driving CSRD/ESRS reporting, DMA and related obligations.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder skills, and fluency in French and English. It is a fixed-term contract through December 2027 with a focus on sustainable mobility and governance excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Law or Risk Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR governance, compliance, risk or ESG reporting.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, governance and policies.
• Knowledge of ESG, CSRD/ESRS reporting and non-financial disclosures.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR regulatory, ESG and regulatory projects across the group.
• Coordinate HR, Risk, Compliance and ESG stakeholders across countries.
• Support internal and external audits and action plans.
• Oversee policy governance and HR risk controls; strengthen processes and tools.
