Ayvens is seeking an experienced Data Compliance Officer / Data Records Manager to support LOD1 Data Compliance and protect company and customer data. You will coordinate policy deployment, manage data lifecycle processes, and drive purge strategies across international entities.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance experience, and a master’s degree in information systems or data management, with fluent English in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (7-10 years) delivering data, analytics, IT transformation, compliance, or governance initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and locations.
• Solid knowledge of data lifecycle, records management, retention, and disposal practices.
• Good understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and regulatory/audit constraints.
• Delivery-driven, delivery-focused with structured follow-up and reporting.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across international entities to deploy Data Records Management policies.
• Implement data lifecycle management processes and strengthen data compliance programs.
• Support departments in recording and maintaining data retention and disposal rules.
• Drive the records management deployment strategy within your scope, including purge strategy.
• Advise stakeholders on purge implementation and related tooling and methodologies.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies through clear reporting and presentations.
