Ayvens in Paris is seeking an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) & Cybersecurity Transformation to lead the GRC function and drive cybersecurity integration following a merger. You will standardize governance, risk controls, and regulatory alignment across Ayvens and Groupe SG standards.

You will build and manage the transformation program, lead a multidisciplinary team, engage with regulators and executives, and shape the future cybersecurity operating model for the company.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance and risk management.
• Experience delivering large transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive exposure.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST and financial services regulation is desirable.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver cybersecurity GRC strategy, roadmap and operating model across Ayvens.
• Lead and develop the GRC & Transformation team, including workforce planning and coaching.
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, policies, controls and compliance programs.
• Oversee IT risk management, risk assessments, audits and crisis management.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors and senior leadership.
• Drive integration and harmonization of frameworks post-merger.
• Monitor program performance and report to senior management.
